Our Company

Furniture Factory Sitting Vision is a true family business with a rich history. At the start of the previous century, our predecessors were active in the timber industry and in 1955 they officially established Furniture Factory Sitting Vision. From that moment on, they focused on producing and selling furniture, particularly chairs and sofas. Independent evolution was our exceptional strength from the start. To this very day, development takes place within the company itself. As a result, we are always in a leadership position, and we are certain our product meets the demands of today's customer.

CRAFTMANSHIP AND INNOVATION

At every level of the company, Sitting Vision assigns great importance to comfort, functionality and innovative design. The areas of product development and product design are of crucial importance, which is why we are constantly searching for innovative and ergonomic solutions. Our market-focused position allows us to always think and produce with a flexible approach. Because of the diversity of our products and the many options we provide, you can construct a personal reclining chair almost entirely according to your specifications. Sitting Vision will build your customer-specific furniture within a few weeks. Advanced technology in combination with solid craftsmanship are considered vital during the production process at Sitting Vision, which guarantees a high level of expertise and productivity.

DESIGN AND STYLING

We work in partnership with a number of designers who share our philosophy. These designers and our product development department work together closely. Designing an armchair does not guarantee that it will also sit comfortably. Close collaboration is therefore of great importance, in order to create a product that meets our philosophy: comfortable, ergonomic, with a modern appearance.

  Paul Noordzij

We want to use clean, functional design to develop a timeless piece. I find inspiration in items where form and function have been harmoniously united. Things must look quite natural; as if they could have been created by anybody.
